You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT stakeholders to define integration requirements and data flow processes. Furthermore, you will develop, test, and deploy custom integrations and data synchronization workflows using native connectors, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware platforms. Ensuring data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems by implementing and maintaining data mapping, transformation, and cleansing processes is essential. As the subject matter expert for all integration-related issues, you will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution, monitor system performance and data syncs, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Managing user profiles, permissions, and security settings related to integrations will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will automate manual processes by leveraging the marketing automation and integration capabilities of the platform. It is crucial to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all integrations, data models, and workflows. Additionally, providing training and support to end-users on how integrated systems function and interact will be required.,
