Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and clinical demonstrations to nursing students.
• Supervise students during practical and clinical training sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Assist in curriculum development and implementation as per INC/University norms.
• Guide students in projects, research, and case studies.
• Ensure adherence to academic standards and discipline within the institution.
• Maintain student records and academic reports.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (as per INC & State Nursing Council norms).
• Experience: Teaching/clinical experience preferred. Freshers may also apply (as per norms).
• Strong knowledge of nursing concepts, procedures, and clinical skills.
• Good communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Empathetic and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹8,452.93 - ₹46,092.71 per month
