Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and qualified Nursing Tutors to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidates will contribute to teaching undergraduate (BSc Nursing) and postgraduate (MSc Nursing) students and support their academic and clinical training. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures and practical sessions for BSc and MSc Nursing students Supervise clinical training and coordinate with affiliated hospitals Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and conduct internal assessments Guide students in research projects and case studies Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings Foster a positive learning environment and mentor students Eligibility Criteria: For BSc Nursing Tutors: BSc Nursing degree (mandatory) Registered Nurse & Midwife (RN & RM) with State Nursing Council Teaching or clinical experience preferred For MSc Nursing Tutors: MSc Nursing in any specialization (e.g., Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Mental Health, etc.) 1+ years of teaching or clinical experience preferred Strong academic, communication, and mentoring skills Salary: Attractive and commensurate with experience and qualifications ( As per norms of INC/University/College management ) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Teaching: 2 years (Required) total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
