Shift: Rotational (Includes 10 Days Night Shift/Month)
Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: 15+ Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and manage the nursing team in our multi-speciality hospital. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff across all departments.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service excellence.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, staff allocation, and shift management.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care, nursing practices, and hygiene standards.
• Implement hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with doctors, management, and support teams for smooth workflow.
• Train, evaluate, and support nursing staff to enhance performance and skill development.
• Handle emergency situations and support critical care decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NABH standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 15+ years of nursing experience with strong leadership exposure.
• Excellent knowledge of hospital protocols, patient care standards, and clinical practices.
• Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure, make quick decisions, and manage multiple teams.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including 10 night shifts per month.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Registration is mandatory.
