Job Description:
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within our organization. The successful candidates will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our patients and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and effective healthcare environment.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in nursing practice.

Qualifications:.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
