Staff Nurse: We are looking for dedicated and skilled Staff Nurses to join our hospital. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ICU, post-operative care, and dialysis. Prior work in a NABH-accredited hospital is preferred. This role demands a strong clinical foundation, patient-focused care, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver quality nursing care to critically ill, post-surgical, and dialysis patients. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, manage IV lines, and assist with procedures. Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with NABH standard. Familiar with HIMS system. Follow infection control and patient safety protocols strictly. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation efforts. Assist with the daily operation of the hospital including inventory management. Ensure accurate handover of patient care information to the next shift. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid registration. 2-6 years of experience . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of computer operating skills. Most preferred ICU and post-surgical ward experience. Attention to detail in administering medications and maintain the patient record. Willing to work in rotational shift. Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) Responsible for proper handover during shift changes.
