We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse (GNM) to provide excellent patient care and support in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, dedicated, and able to perform nursing duties efficiently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety at all times.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
• Support the healthcare team in daily clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) Diploma – required.
• License/Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration (State/National).
• Experience: [Freshers welcome / 1+ years preferred].
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle emergency situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
