Nursing saff cum Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff cum Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This hybrid role combines patient care responsibilities with front-desk administrative duties, ensuring smooth clinical operations and excellent patient experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesNursing Duties

• Provide basic nursing care to patients (vital signs monitoring, administering medications as directed, wound dressing, etc.).
• Assist doctors during consultations, minor procedures, and follow-ups.
• Maintain patient records and update medical charts accurately.
• Educate patients on prescribed treatments, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards in the clinic/hospital.

Receptionist Duties

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up reminders.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain front desk operations including patient registration and billing support.
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and nursing staff for smooth workflow.
• Manage medical reports, prescriptions, and documentation with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
