The Nursing Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and clinical standards. The role includes providing direct patient care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and dignity throughout their hospital stay.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for patient care planning.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately and timely.
• Ensure infection control measures are strictly followed.
• Assist during emergencies, surgeries, and code blue situations as per protocol.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Participate in quality improvement and audit initiatives.
• Maintain nursing supplies, equipment, and proper inventory in the assigned unit.
• Report any adverse events or incidents promptly to the concerned authority.
