Position Overview

We are looking for Nursing Attendants who will provide daily care and assistance to residents, ensuring their health, hygiene, comfort, and emotional well-being. This role is ideal for individuals with patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting senior citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support residents with mobility and physical assistance (walking, transferring, positioning).
• Ensure timely medication reminders (as per nurse/doctor’s instructions).
• Monitor residents’ daily routines, food intake, and general health.
• Provide support during mealtimes and ensure food is served properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Report any health concerns, unusual behavior, or changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor/nurse.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging residents in conversations and activities.
• Assist in emergency situations calmly and promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th standard pass (Diploma in Nursing/Patient Care preferred).
• Prior experience as a Nursing Attendant / Caregiver / Patient Care Assistant is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain proper records.
• Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English/Hindi a plus).
• Physically fit to assist residents in daily mobility and care activities.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
