Nursing Assistant / Care Assistant Baby Care

As a Home Nursing Assistant / Care Assistant, your role will involve providing attentive and loving care for a baby in a home environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing hands-on care such as feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and dressing the baby - Preparing and sterilizing feeding bottles and baby food - Following a set daily routine including nap times, play times, and feeding schedule - Ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the baby - Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities like reading, singing, and gentle play - Monitoring the baby's behavior, mood, and health and reporting concerns to parents - Maintaining cleanliness of the baby's room, toys, and clothing - Supporting sleep training or other parental preferences regarding routines - Keeping basic records of feeding, sleeping, and activities as required - Providing emotional support, affection, and attention to the baby Qualifications required for this role include: - Relevant experience in baby care / home nursing - Education in GNM, ANM, or 10th / 12th with equivalent experience - Certifications in Paediatric First Aid (preferred if available) and Early Childhood Care Training (preferred) Skills needed for this position: - Strong knowledge of infant care and safety practices - Patience, warmth, and attentiveness - Good communication skills - Reliability and punctuality - Ability to follow parents" instructions and household rules - Good personal hygiene Preferred qualifications that would be beneficial for the role: - Experience with newborns, twins, or children with special needs (if applicable) - Ability to assist with light household tasks related to baby care (laundry, cleaning bottles, etc.) - Multilingual abilities as per the family's needs In this position, you will play a crucial role in the baby's care and development, providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth.,
