Nursing Assistant / Care Assistant Baby Care

You will be responsible for providing attentive and loving care for a baby in a home environment. Your role will involve supporting daily routines, ensuring the baby's safety, and contributing to the baby's early development through nurturing and interactive activities. - Provide hands-on care including feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and dressing the baby. - Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby food (if age-appropriate). - Follow a set daily routine (nap times, play times, feeding schedule, etc.). - Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the baby at all times. - Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities such as reading, singing, tummy time, gentle play, and verbal training. - Monitor the baby's behavior, mood, and health, and report concerns to parents. - Maintain cleanliness of the baby's room, toys, and clothing. - Support sleep training or other parental preferences regarding routines. - Keep basic records of feeding, sleeping, and activities if required. - Provide emotional support, affection, and attention to the baby. Requirements: - Experience: Relevant experience in baby care / home nursing. - Education: GNM, ANM, 10th / 12th with equivalent experience. Certifications: - Paediatric First Aid (preferred if available) - Early Childhood Care Training (preferred) Skills: - Strong knowledge of infant care and safety practices. - Patience, warmth, and attentiveness. - Good communication skills. - Reliability and punctuality. - Ability to follow parents" instructions and household rules. - Good personal hygiene. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with newborns, twins, or children with special needs (if applicable). - Ability to assist with light household tasks related to baby care (laundry, cleaning bottles, etc.). - Multilingual abilities (as per family's needs).,
