Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for nursery students, incorporating phonics, pre-primary education, and teaching methods.
Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children aged 2-5 years.
Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in early childhood education (Kindergarten KG, nursery or preschool).
Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification required; B.El.Ed preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of KG pedagogy and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher interactions.
