Job Title: Nurse Department: [e.g., General Ward / ICU / Pediatrics / Home Care] Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to patients while supporting doctors and other healthcare professionals. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, updating records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Key Responsibilities:Assess and monitor patient health conditions regularly. Administer medications, injections, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed. Assist in medical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and aftercare. Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to create patient care plans. Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support (BLS) when required. Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene practices are followed. Supervise junior nursing staff or aides when necessary. Support emotional and psychological well-being of patients. Requirements:Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing license/registration. Proven experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting (preferred). Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations. Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented. Working Conditions:Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. May be required to stand for long periods. Exposure to infectious diseases and medical waste.
