Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards and protocols.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
Educate patients and families about health management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving measures when needed.
Assist in medical procedures and diagnostic tests.

Qualifications

Education: Nursing diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
License: Valid RN or LPN license [State/Country specific].
Experience: [X] years of clinical nursing preferred.
Skills: Critical thinking, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and empathy.

Work Conditions

Rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
Physically demanding — standing, lifting, and moving patients.
Exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and medical equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
