Job Summary: We are hiring Senior Nurse Counsellors with strong hands-on experience in IV cannulation and blood drawing (phlebotomy) . This role requires both clinical skills and patient counselling ability. Candidates must be confident, compassionate, and ready to handle patient interactions independently. Key Responsibilities: Counsel patients and attend to their clinical and emotional needs. Perform IV insertion and blood collection with accuracy and care. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Support doctors and nursing teams during procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation. Assist and train junior nursing staff when required. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma or B.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse). Minimum 3 years of hospital/clinical experience . Strong skills in IV handling and phlebotomy . Good communication and counselling skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
