Our achievements include various awards and recognition from prestigious publications. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Area Sales Manager at Nureca Limited. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies and operations within the assigned area. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, managing relationships with customers and distributors, monitoring sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also provide training and support to the sales team, conduct market research, and report on market trends and opportunities. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills Experience in managing relationships with customers and distributors Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing sales performance Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
