NSM Designer/Developer

Experienced in designing and developing scalable Telecom CRM and BSS/OSS solutions with strong expertise across architecture governance, full-stack development, microservices, and DevOps. Proven ability to align technical solutions with business strategy, ensure TM Forum compliance, and deliver high-performance systems in complex telecom environments.

Role & responsibilities

1. Architect and manage telecom resource lifecycles (SIMs, MSISDN, number inventory)

ensuring accuracy, scalability, and seamless inventory control.

2. Develop scalable and secure full stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

3. Design and implement enterprise-grade microservices with focus on security,

performance and testability.

4. Build responsive and dynamic UI applications using Angular, integrating with RESTful APIs.

5. Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code following modern design patterns and

best practices.

6. Implement unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito

7. Ensure application performance and scalability through profiling, tuning, and code reviews.

8. Follow Agile/Scrum methodology and participate in sprint planning, reviews,

and retrospectives.

9. Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams for

seamless delivery.

10. Use CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Jenkins for efficient code deployment and

version control.

11. Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement

of architecture and processes

Architecture & Domain Expertise

1. Strong knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS, Order Management, Resource Inventory,

and SIM/MSISDN lifecycle management

2. Integration with BSS/OSS systems using REST APIs and microservices

3. Adheres to TM Forum standards and best practices

4. Engages with business and technical teams to align strategies

Backend Development

1. Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud

2. RESTful API design, microservices architecture, design patterns

3. Unit and integration testing with JUnit and Mockito

4. Legacy system support with Struts Framework

Frontend & U
