Role Overview:
The NSICU Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the NSICU, ensuring high-quality patient care, effective staff management, adherence to clinical protocols, and compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing and support staff in the NSICU
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols
• Monitor patient care and assist in managing critical cases
• Plan duty rosters, manage leave schedules, and ensure adequate staffing
• Conduct training, orientation, and performance evaluation of team members
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments for seamless patient care
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and audits as required
• Handle emergency situations efficiently and support in crisis management

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing with valid registration
• Minimum 5–7 years of ICU/NICU/SICU experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
