Role Description We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and onboarding for our HR services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of HR solutions, and excels at building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries Pitch HR services to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics Stay updated on HR trends and competitor offerings to refine pitch strategies What You Bring - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in HR or staffing services - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong understanding of HR processes and service models - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - CRM proficiency and data-driven mindset Human Resource Development, Human Resources (HR), and HR Management skills Training & Development skills Employer Branding skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders Experience in a similar role is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
