You will be responsible for new product development and overseeing the entire process of development. This will involve sourcing raw materials to ensure the availability of the best quality raw materials within the specified time frame. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in brainstorming and generating new product concepts based on market trends, consumer insights, and business goals. Vendor management will also be a key aspect of the role. Your tasks will include developing and documenting manufacturing procedures, specifications, and quality control measures for new products. Additionally, fostering collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams will be essential for the success of the new product development process.
