You will be working at Mosaic Wellness, the parent company of Man Matters, Little Joys, and Be Bodywise, that focuses on building digital-first health coaches to address elective health concerns. The primary mission is to assist Indians in leading more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and grace. Man Matters, established in May 2020, is a digital platform specifically for men, catering to over 2.5 million men annually. It helps them diagnose and address issues related to hair, beard, performance, and nutrition through personalized treatment plans, expert consultations, and access to health coaches. Be Bodywise, founded in May 2021, is an online platform dedicated to women's elective health, serving more than 1.5 million women each year. It offers personalized solutions, doctor consultations, and addresses concerns related to hair, face, body, PCOS, sleep, and nutrition. Little Joys, initiated in May 2022, is an online health platform designed for kids. It aids over 1 million parents annually in addressing their child's physical, mental, and emotional development needs. The platform offers age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene, and behavioral development, supported by expert doctors and nutritionists. As part of your role, you will be responsible for coordinating with various teams to design product artwork, starting from the initial brief stage to label creation, coordinating changes with different teams, sending designs for printing, and developing digital renders. Additionally, you will be required to proofread all artworks, generate barcodes and SKU codes, ensure timely artwork approval, maintain a central repository for all artworks and new product launch details, and possess the ability to write product descriptions effectively. Understanding the e-commerce cycle is considered beneficial for this position. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with others, demonstrated project coordination capabilities, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and a strong sense of ownership towards their work.,
