Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct product & process feasibility studies for new parts.
Execute trials, document results, and ensure Right First Time (RFT) Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures, and maintain master samples.Ensure documentation compliance (APQP, PPAP, ERP entries, Control Plans).Drive quality improvements, cost optimization, and schedule adherence.Maintain safety and 5S standards in all NPD activities.
