Enterprise Sales Manager – AI Voice Solutions Location : Pune / Remote Experience : 5+ years B2B Sales About Novolytics Novolytics.ai is transforming how enterprises and call centers scale conversations. Our AI voice agents handle high-volume, repetitive interactions while humans focus on complex cases — helping BPOs protect margins and win more outsourcing deals. We work across auto, BFSI, healthcare, and retail, partnering with call centers to make AI a revenue driver, not a competitor. Role Overview We’re seeking a hustler-sales leader who thrives on building networks, opening doors, and turning pilots into long-term partnerships. This role is part hunter, part relationship-builder, and part evangelist. You’ll work closely with the founders to drive our call center GTM while also creating direct enterprise demand that accelerates adoption. Key Responsibilities Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue opportunities with call centers and large enterprises in BFSI, auto, retail, and healthcare. Network Builder : Cultivate and leverage a strong network of BPO and CXO relationships; attend industry events, forums, and communities. Executive Engagement : Confidently walk into boardrooms with Founders, Directors, CXOs, and senior leadership to present Novolytics’ vision and close high-impact deals. Partnership GTM : Position Novolytics as a partner to BPOs — showing how AI expands their capacity and revenue. Sales Execution : Drive the full cycle — outreach → demo → pilot → contract — with persistence and creativity. Deal Structuring : Collaborate with founders on pricing models (per seat, per min, outcome-based) that fit call center economics. Market Feedback : Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and GTM. Pipeline Ownership : Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. Skills & Qualifications Experience : 5+ years in B2B enterprise or SaaS sales; experience selling to BPOs / call centers a plus. Hustler DNA : Comfortable with ambiguity, driven to chase deals, thrives on building from scratch. Network Strength : Ready connects in BPO/call center space are ideal, but proven ability to build new ones is critical. Travel Readiness : Willing to travel across India (and potentially overseas) to meet clients and drive business outcomes. Communication : Strong consultative selling skills; confident presenting ROI and AI transformation to CXOs. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Sees themselves as a partner in growth, not just an employee.
