Titan, a leading provider of automation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a NOVA TECH SALES - MECHANICAL. As a member of our NOVA-TECH SALES-Mechanical department, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our mechanical automation solutions in the Hosur, Tamil Nadu region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the Hosur region
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions using our mechanical automation products
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and present technical proposals to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and services
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
• Travel to client sites as needed to conduct product demonstrations and presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automation industry
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical automation solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the Hosur region and occasionally outside of it
• Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
