Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate North Indian Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of traditional North Indian cuisine, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with expertise in tandoor cooking, curries, breads, and regional specialties. Creativity, consistency, and hygiene are key requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic North Indian dishes such as curries, dal, biryani, tandoori items, naan, paratha, and snacks.
  • Handle the tandoor and traditional Indian cooking equipment with expertise.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Plan menus, portion sizes, and food costing in collaboration with management.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff or helpers.
  • Innovate and introduce seasonal or festive specials as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
