North and Tandoor Chef / Assistant

We are looking for experienced Tandoor and North Chefs to join our team . The ideal candidates should have expertise in their respective cuisines and be able to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen workflow, ingredients, and stock.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Tandoor or North Indian Cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavors, and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
