Responsible for repairs in NORD Service centre as well as on-site customer service support in defined time frame. In case of customer complaints, determine the cause of the failure taking inhouse knowledge support and compare it with the customer information -> On-site diagnosis. Writing Service visit reports for the customer or internally. Carry out repairs or modifications as specified on the service order / directed by supervisor. Visiting service partners to assist with practical trainings and proper utilization for customer complaints and follow-ups for reports. If necessary, request replacement material or inform the supervisor in case of warranty decisions. Focus on building long term business relations with OEM’s/ End-user/ customers by confidence building on product know-how in coordination with HO team. Document the used material and used hours and write a report in the SAP-CS system Reporting required parts, working hours & adding information to Service order in the SAP-CS system for future reference. Providing installation, commissioning & Service support to end customers based on the request from sales/customer. Job profile calls for pan India travel. Inspecting customer units, making analysis report at site and sending the service estimate (necessary spares) and offer as per the service guidelines to concerned sales engineer. Maintaining the complete documentation of service orders attended and files. Maintain all tools, tackles & instruments in working condition & timely maintenance of the same. Visit to customer place for Retrofit, AMC & spare business increasing service revenue.
