Non Voice & Technical Support

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing non-voice customer and technical support services to our clients. Working in a night shift with 5 working days and 2 rotational off days, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective support to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be based at either ITPL or Marathahalli locations. To qualify for this position, you need to have a minimum educational requirement of PUC. Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently during night shifts. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining and updating customer databases, and collaborating with team members to ensure the successful resolution of customer requests. This position requires only 2 rounds of interviews. If you are a fresher, you can expect an in-hand salary ranging from 19,000 to 21,000 INR, while experienced candidates may receive a salary between 30,000 to 36,000 INR, depending on their experience.
