Job Description

  • Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner via chat, email, or social media.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Data Management: Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer information and interaction records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or database.
  • Back-Office Operations: Performing administrative tasks such as order processing, document verification, content moderation, and data entry to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Following company policies and communication guidelines, and ensuring all interactions and data handling comply with security and privacy standards.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams and colleagues through messaging platforms or project management tools to provide comprehensive solutions and improve processes.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications

Excellent Written Communication: The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and empathetically in written English (or other required languages) is paramount.

  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Crucial for data entry, record maintenance, and providing accurate information to customers.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfort and efficiency in using computers, various software applications, and digital communication platforms (e.g., CRM software, email clients, live chat tools).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to analyze customer issues and find effective solutions quickly.
  • Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to handle high volumes of work, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset: A focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience, even without direct voice interaction.
  • Qualifications: Typically a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree often preferred. Previous customer service or BPO experience can be an advantage.
  • Hiring for freshers and Tamil speaking candidates

Pay: ₹8,185.45 - ₹42,535.86 per month
