Job Description

We are looking for a Non Technical IT Support - Senior for our company at Chennai location, who has good understanding on the role and following requirements

• Desktop, Laptop, Scanner, Printer along with peripheral devices - Troubleshooting and configuring using USB & Network
• OS installation and Outlook Configuration - New ID and Mail creation/System allocation
• Certifications/Course completion in Office 365 Admin Centre, FortiGate Firewall, CCNA/CCNP are preferred.
• CCTV installation and Configuration - Hardware Level
• Replacing/Placing Network Cable and should do Crimping using color code
• Need to have Decent English communication

Qulaification:

Education : Diploma/U.G/P.G in related field/IT

Experience: 3 to 4 Years experience of relevant experience

Location: Adambakkam, Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
