We are seeking an experienced candidates for Category Managers to lead and manage the growth of our FMCG private label product categories. Location: Hyderabad Experience: Between 12 - 17 Yrs Industry: Food & Grocery Retail Category Manager - Private Labels (FMCG ) This role is ideal for a strategic thinkers with deep expertise in product management, vendor relationships, and category growth in the food & grocery retail sector. Key Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end category management, including pricing, promotions, product assortment, and stock levels. Identify and onboard new private label suppliers and manufacturers. Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, design, and operations to ensure product offerings align with customer needs. Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities. Monitor category performance, sales growth, and profitability; create action plans for optimization. Manage P&L for assigned categories and ensure financial targets are met.
