Job Description

Position: Non-Food Incharge/Supervisor

Department: Non-Food / General Merchandise

Location: UAE/QATAR

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Non-Food Incharge/Supervisor to manage daily operations of the non-food department, including inventory control, merchandising, staff supervision, and customer service.
The candidate will ensure proper stock availability, attractive display, and achievement of sales targets.

2–5 years of experience in non-food retail or supermarket operations
Good knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel, inventory systems)
Good communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic advantage for GCC)
