Node.js / NestJS Backend Developer

Job Title: Backend Developer – Node.js / NestJS

Experience: 2-4 YOE

Location- Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS.
• Build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in backend development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL (optional), and web services.
• Familiarity with ORMs like TypeORM or Prisma.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
