Node.js Lead Developer

Role Overview: As a Node.js Lead Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of robust, scalable backend systems. Your role will involve owning server-side logic, microservices, API design, and mentoring backend engineers to ensure high availability and performance of the systems. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of production experience with Node.js and JavaScript. - Expertise in Express.js or NestJS with familiarity in Fastify being a plus. - Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and OpenAPI/Swagger. - Proficiency in database design and optimization with both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience in unit/integration testing using tools like Mocha, Jest, and Supertest. - Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and message brokers.
