Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, integrating APIs, ensuring high performance, and collaborating closely with the front-end and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks (Express/Nest.js).
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Integrate 3rd-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript & TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Express.js or Nest.js.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs like Sequelize/TypeORM.
Understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.
Familiarity with Git, version control, and DevOps basics.
Experience working with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and role-based access.
Knowledge of AWS / GCP / Azure (any cloud platform).
Ability to write unit tests (Jest/Mocha/Chai is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
