You will be working as a Backend Developer at G3 Interactive, a fast-growing software development company known for building smart, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions for clients across various industries. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js. It is essential to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets performance and security standards. You will work with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB or MongoDB) databases. Optimizing database queries, indexing, and schema design for speed and scalability will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across backend systems is crucial. Collaboration with front-end engineers to integrate user-facing features with backend services is also expected. Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, participating in code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives are essential tasks. Staying up to date with the latest tools, frameworks, and backend technologies is encouraged.
