NodeJs Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer at our Ludhiana location, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services using Node.js and related frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include building and optimizing RESTful APIs, collaborating with front-end developers to create efficient web applications, implementing security measures, and ensuring maximum performance and scalability of applications. You will also troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, write clean and well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with industry trends and technologies. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, along with experience in working with RESTful APIs, Express.js, and database design utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with version control tools like Git, cloud services such as AWS and Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, are crucial for success. Experience with automated testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest would be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with microservices architecture, event-driven programming, API documentation tools like Swagger, and knowledge of GraphQL.
