Experience:

Specific Requirement: Proven experience on a maximum of 3 mobile banking projects is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers.
Architect and build secure, scalable backend systems for mobile banking apps.
Oversee the full development lifecycle, including code reviews and performance tuning.
Ensure adherence to high standards for code quality and security, especially in the financial domain.
Troubleshoot production issues and stay updated on new technologies.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like Express.js.
Deep knowledge of backend security best practices for financial applications.
Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, plus alternate Saturdays.
