Job Description

Technical aspects
5+ years of experience in application development with Node.js and AWS
Proficiency in core AWS services : ECS, Kinesis, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, VPC, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CLI
5+ years developing serverless microservices using AWS
Prior experience developing with JAVA, Spring Framework and Spring Boot - Nice to have
Understands multithreading and queues and experience with message queues
Experience with NoSQL databases DynamoDB or MongoDB
Hands-on experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms.
Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered in applications running on AWS infrastructure.
Role / Responsibilities / soft skills
Working experience in the dev/support projects following the Agile methodology
Work experience with US based client in client facing abilities will be preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills and team leading abilities
Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to products, services, or processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels such as email or ticketing system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and QA to resolve complex technical issues.
Documenting technical design documents, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for internal and external knowledge sharing.
Tools
:
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline and Git repo
Working experience on dev and support tools like Jira, Confluence, ServcieNow
