Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA, and DevOps.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.
Experience with frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with API design, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Understanding of unit testing and integration testing (Mocha, Jest).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of TypeScript.
