Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop secure, scalable backend services using Node.js. Preferred to have some exposure on Java based development. • Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices hosted on AWS. • Analyze, debug, and resolve application issues, including customer-reported incidents, within defined SLAs. • Prepare technical documentation including High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs). • Implement and manage event-driven architecture using AWS services such as SNS, SQS, and EventBridge. • Apply advanced monitoring and tracing using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWS X-Ray. • Optimize applications for performance, cost-efficiency, and resilience within AWS. • Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or Jenkins. • Implement security best practices (IAM policies, KMS, Secrets Manager, API security). • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Serveless framework & CloudFormation. • Conduct unit and integration testing using Mocha, Jest and mocking tools.
