About the Role

Backend Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Participate in client discussions and requirement gathering sessions.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Work on
AWS cloud infrastructure
for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
Collaborate with the team to integrate backend solutions with AI/GenAI programs.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.
Work closely with
PMO
and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

4-7 years of experience in backend engineering.
Strong expertise in
Node.js, Python, and AWS
.
Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with clients effectively.
Experience in
AI/GenAI-based projects
is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a consulting environment.

Tech Stack

Languages:
Python, Node.js (JavaScript)
Cloud:
AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.)
Databases:
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (as applicable)
Version Control & CI/CD:
Git, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline
Other (Good to Have):
REST APIs, Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes
AI/GenAI:
Experience with GenAI frameworks / Source AI Program preferred
