No SQL Database Admin

As a NoSQL DBA, your role will involve installing, configuring, and managing Kafka cluster, Elastic search cluster, and Mongo DB database. You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues in these clusters, as well as optimizing them for performance and scalability. Implementing Data Backup and recovery strategies for MongoDB will be a key part of your responsibilities. Patching the servers to scale out Kafka & ES cluster and running predefined scripts will also fall under your purview. Your strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will be crucial for efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues. Additionally, having a working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems is essential. Your combination of technical expertise, analytical abilities, and communication skills will be instrumental for effective management. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and manage Kafka cluster, Elastic search cluster, and Mongo DB database - Monitor & troubleshoot issues in Kafka cluster, Elastic search cluster, and Mongo DB - Optimize Kafka, Elastic search & Mongo DB for performance and scalability - Implement Data Backup and recovery strategies for MongoDB - Patch the servers to scale out Kafka & ES cluster and run predefined scripts - Analyze execution plans and adjust database configuration parameters - Implement and maintain database security measures - Diagnose and resolve database-related issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree with 4-7 years of professional experience - Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices - Proficiency in data querying and manipulation - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills In this role, you will be expected to effectively communicate internally and with customers, monitor and optimize database performance, and ensure database security measures are in place.
