Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled No-8 Machine Operator with expertise in mirror finish operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine setup, operation, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality production output while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operations:
• Prepare and set up the No-8 (Mirror Finish) machine for production runs.
• Operate the machine efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitoring & Adjustments:
• Continuously monitor machine performance.
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation and product consistency.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Take corrective measures in case of deviations.
• Routine Maintenance:
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
• Report major repair needs to the maintenance team.
• Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow all company safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Coordinate with supervisors and fellow team members to meet production goals.
• Material Handling:
• Manage raw material feeding and finished product removal safely.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate logs of production, maintenance, and quality checks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in machine operation, setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect products meticulously for quality assurance.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve issues during production.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long hours and handling moderate lifting.
• Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Communication: Clear and effective interaction with team members and supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
