Primary Responsibilities Operational Risk: Manage the risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), including performing key control validation. Manage business process mapping and conduct policy updates. Enhance periodic reporting to increase transparency to senior management. Develop and implement risk-based remediation plans to prioritize critical remediation items. Trader Mandate Investigate and resolve product reference issues. Handle daily exception monitoring. Audit / Regulatory Oversee the Division's OpenPages Issues and Action Plans, including providing effective review and challenge on remediation items, ensuring deadlines are met, and reporting status updates. Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to evaluate and respond to external and internal information requests from regulators, Audit, and Compliance. Drafting Senior Management presentation material for quarterly audit and external regulator meetings. Assist with the tracking and coordination of internal audit exams deliverable list to collate responses. Essential Requirements Chartered Accountant or MBA 5 - 8 years with a background in Compliance, Risk Management, Trade surveillance and / or Trading Support focusing on sales and trading issues. Knowledge of Equities markets, understanding of applicable regulatory rules and regulations. An understanding of and strong focus on the mechanics of a control environment, including escalation and risk-related issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Ability to work independently as well as a Team Player. Exceptional organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail.
