Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate - Client Assistance and Service located in Kozhikode. The Junior Associate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients, managing service requests, coordinating with internal teams, and documenting client interactions. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Administrative Assistance Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively in a team Proficiency in using office software and tools Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Commerce, B tech and any Degree in Computer Science.
