Key Responsibilities : Customer Outreach : Call prospective customers (households, retail shops, or businesses) to promote dairy products and services. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Schedule follow-up calls or meetings based on customer requests. Product Knowledge : Provide detailed information about dairy products such as milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, and other value-added products. Educate customers on the benefits, pricing, and quality of the products offered by the dairy farm. Order Management : Process customer orders, taking note of their specific preferences and requirements. Ensure the smooth communication of orders with the delivery or logistics team. Follow up with customers to confirm delivery and ensure satisfaction. Database Management : Maintain an updated customer database with accurate contact details, preferences, and order history. Track customer feedback and complaints, and report any trends to management for improvement. Sales Target Achievement : Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the supervisor or management. Actively cross-sell and upsell additional products to increase sales volume. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Administrative Tasks : Maintain call logs, customer records, and other necessary reports. Provide daily/weekly activity reports to management on calls made, orders processed, and customer feedback. Promotional Campaigns : Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, or new product launches. Encourage customer participation in special programs such as loyalty rewards.
