Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and highly task-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Director across professional, administrative, and social responsibilities. This role requires exceptional communication, creativity, follow-up, and coordination abilities. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Management Attend and record minutes of meetings conducted by the Director. Share MOM with concerned stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action points. Task Follow-up Track progress of assigned tasks from various departments. Ensure regular reminders and updates to ensure deadlines are met. Calendar & Appointment Management Manage and schedule meetings, calls, and personal engagements. Avoid conflicts and optimize time management for the Director. Project Coordination Assist with execution of personal, social, and strategic projects initiated by the Director. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners where needed. Data & Documentation Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and records. Create trackers and maintain data logs as specified. Communication Logs Maintain a record of important communications and updates. Ensure organized access and retrieval of past discussions and decisions. Social Media Management Handle social media accounts of the Director. Coordinate content creation, posting schedules, and engagement activities. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative thinker with ability to manage social content and initiatives Strong task orientation and follow-up ability Competent in MS Office, Google Suite , and basic design tools Good presentation and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm and professional approach Prior experience in assisting senior leadership is preferred
