Design and plan new funnel structures from scratch (e.g., Free Workshop → Paid Event → High-Ticket Offer) aligned with the target audience and product goals. Write complete workshop scripts and slide presentations, including opening hooks, teaching sections, storytelling elements, and sales pitches. Develop compelling offers to be sold in the funnel, including pricing strategy, bonus stacks, guarantees, and urgency/scarcity triggers. Write nurture messages for each funnel stage across different channels (emails, WhatsApp, SMS, or DMs) to maximize engagement and conversion. Plan and create ad strategy and copy for paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google, including hooks, creatives, and audience targeting. Work closely with the automation and tech team to ensure seamless funnel setup including landing pages, payment links, webinar tools, CRM integrations, and automation workflows. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as lead cost, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue per funnel. Run A/B tests and implement creative and strategic optimizations to improve funnel performance consistently. Maintain clear documentation and SOPs for each funnel to ensure repeatability and scalability. Launch and manage multiple funnels simultaneously while maintaining performance benchmarks and profitability targets. Qualifications 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling marketing funnels for digital products, courses, workshops, or coaching programs. Proven ability to reverse-engineer competitor funnels, offers, and ad strategies through structured research. Strong copywriting skills with experience in writing high-converting ad copy, landing pages, webinar scripts, and sales messaging. Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles and funnel psychology (lead magnets, tripwires, upsells, urgency, etc.). Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads — from ad setup to performance tracking. Comfortable using no-code or low-code automation tools such as Pabbly, Make, Zapier, n8n, etc., or can coordinate with tech team effectively. Experience in designing and launching end-to-end funnels (from lead generation to high-ticket sale). Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and consistently meet funnel performance benchmarks. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, spot bottlenecks, and make data-backed decisions. Excellent research and documentation skills — able to convert findings into structured SOPs for repeatable execution. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple funnels/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
